Philippine New Year Celebration at Mall of Asia

Wednesday, January 11, 2012

This is a yearly tradition of Mall of Asia, Pasay city--GMA 7 New Year Countdown. Oh Boy! It was hard to beat the crowd there. We couldn't get a table for 10pm where we'll have a good view of what's going on from 2nd floor of MOA since it was all reserved by the time we get there. Even if we just had dinner at Pepper Lunch, we proceeded to Seafood Island restaurant just so we get a glimpse of the festivities.

People from all walks of life were there to celebrate New Year's Eve. The atmosphere was very festive and kids are everywhere. I deeply regret wearing high heels since we did a lot of walking after dinner.

  1. That video was pretty amazing and the food looks delicious. I've heard the Mall of Asia is one of the biggest in the world. I guess I'll have to find that out for myself when I visit the Philippines.

  2. You're right about the food pimalai. I just hope that mall is loaded with places that serve such delicious food. That would make it easier for me when I drop by the Philippines and explore that huge place.
